GF I think maybe you missed the ‘abuse’ part of prescription drugs. People who continue to use when not needed become addicts who keep using and wanting more. Chronic pain users who need follow dosage are a different kind of addict.

It was her car they stated his was still in the parking lot and that only hers was seen leaving. That’s why they reported they were worried she had him against his will because of the fact he was not communicating with his family or anyone else. The fact he wasn’t answering his phone told them she wasn’t in a good state of mind and this is something his family was familiar with and why they were so worried. GF I think Stefan probably kept things tense between the mom and Madeline. Just so Madeline is that we kind of have attitude with her mom than he needed his comforting and advice and also maybe keep them apart tense with each other so Madeline wouldn't go to her and tell what he was doing. Kept them mad with each other. Probably would tell Jennifer's thing that Madeline said or maybe didn't even say just making up lies to keep them distance from each other

The cops did a really poor job with this creating this coverup. They were probably blind drunk. I guess they at some point were driving drunk too.

The fact that he received a pardon for such a heinous crime, speaks volumes of the influence he has with authorities and how easily he can manipulate them to his benefit and to get away with everything. It's disgusting.

GF thank you for your empathy and compassion toward addiction. Not everyone chooses it. I am one who started with a prescription and ended up totally addicted to fentanyl. Hard work and help got me to almost 3 years sober now. But I do wish more were informed about addiction and that it in itself is not a character flaw.

There are way too many circumstances pointing to a coverup. That's my opinion.

Now that the trial is over and it ended in a hung jury it clearly tells me someone on the jury is corrupt. No intelligent person could believe that he was struck by that SUV. Sadly for Read she may have to go thru this again. This has to be the worst frame job I have ever seen. A bunch of dirty cops and drunks, they should be held accountable.
